12月6日，杭州野生动物园，有网友反映黑熊在结束表演后突然袭击饲养员，其他工作人员见状，立刻用工具合力将黑熊分开。被咬饲养员再次试图接近黑熊时又遭到攻击，最终众人将熊控制并拉走。
现场观众称饲养员看上去人没大碍，衣服被撕破，具体伤势尚不清楚。
