12月4日，福石控股（300071）发布公告，近日公司实际控制人陈永亮所持有的部分股权被冻结。
具体冻结情况为，陈永亮冻结的股数为170万股，占其所持股份的19.83%，占公司总股本的0.18%。冻结的起始日期为2025年12月3日，预计到期日为2028年12月2日，冻结原因为司法冻结，由北京市朝阳区人民法院实施。
2025年前三季度，福石控股实现收入8.59亿元，归母净利润-5369万元。
