12月4日下午，《加快北京奥林匹克中心区高质量发展行动计划（2025年—2027年）》正式发布。北京奥林匹克中心区将打造集国际交往、体育休闲、文化交流、会议会展于一体的具有国际范、现代化、科技感的全球双奥会客厅。
