12月3日，根据国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局发布的公告，陕西中越保险代理有限公司及其法定代表人刘军毅收到了行政处罚。
陕西中越保险代理有限公司因聘任不具有任职资格的人员、未按规定托管注册资本以及未按规定办理许可证变更登记，被责令改正，给予警告并处罚款2.8万元。
同时，刘军毅因同样的违法行为，受到警告并处罚款1.8万元。
