IT之家 12 月 3 日消息，德国斯图加特高性能计算中心 HLRS 当地时间 2 日宣布，该机构的新一代旗舰超级计算机系统 Herder 将由 HPE 慧与基于 AMD 的 2026 年硬件新品打造，预计 2027 年底投入使用。
Herder 将采用 HPE 的 Cray Supercomputing GX5000 超算平台，配备 AMD Instinct MI430X 显卡加速器和 "Zen 6" 微架构的 EPYC "Venice" GPU，完全采用 DLC 液冷散热。
该系统旨在取代 HLRS 目前的旗舰超算 Hunter，计划于 2027H2 交付，预计峰值性能将达到 Hunter 的 7 倍以上。（IT之家注：对应 Rmax 算力在 200PFlop/s 左右，可在 2025 年 11 月期 TOP500 榜单中排到 15 名以内）
