财联社12月2日电，当地时间周二，联合国开发计划署(UNDP)发布的报告指出，如果各国不采取措施利用AI来缩小基本生活需求及先进知识获取方面的差距，那么AI带来的大部分收益极有可能继续被富裕国家所垄断。报告呼吁各国政府加大投入，完善数字基础设施、教育和培训体系，推动公平竞争，并强化社会保障。
