格隆汇11月30日丨统一股份(600506.SH)公布，公司拟使用母公司盈余公积34,192,504.86元和资本公积 294,028,985.82 元，两项合计 328,221,490.68 元，用于弥补母公司截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日的累计亏损。本次公积金弥补亏损以母公司2024 年年末未分配利润负数弥补至零为限。
