11月27日，海淀宝山双子盘一起取得了预售许可证。其中，东侧北京隅·海岄，备案名海岄雅苑，此次获批12栋楼442套房源，预售均价约9.3万/㎡。西侧中建壹品·海宸元境，备案名海辰里，此次获批10栋楼396套房源，预售均价约9.23万/㎡。
据悉，北京隅·海岄共规划13栋6-11F洋房，总计458户，建面108-129-145㎡；海宸元境共计11栋7-11F洋房，总计414户，建面99-181㎡，选择范围更广。
