财联社11月26日电，酒钢宏兴(600307.SH)公告称，公司拟使用自有货币资金2亿元，在甘肃省嘉峪关市投资设立全资子公司酒钢集团甘肃宏兴宏博新材料有限责任公司。新设公司注册成立后，公司拟将现炼轧厂相关联的账面资产、对应负债以及劳动力一并划转至新设公司，拟划转资产总额43.06亿元，负债总额34.91亿元，净资产8.15亿元。
