11月26日，华夏航空（002928）发布公告，控股股东华夏航空控股（深圳）有限公司解除质押股份1433万股，占其所持股份的4.79%及公司总股本的1.12%。
截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份为6286万股，占其持股总数的10.91%及公司总股本的4.92%。
2025年前三季度，华夏航空实现收入57.34亿元，归母净利润6.20亿元。
