39岁男教师今年8月在港铁中环站的扶手电梯用手机偷拍女乘客私密部位，今日（11月25日）于香港东区裁判法院判刑。主任裁判官考虑到被告坦白认罪，判处21个月感化令。被告被控非法拍摄或观察私密部位罪，他于8月31日在港铁中环站港岛线扶手电梯用一部iPhone12 Pro进行偷拍，从女子的衣服下方，观察并拍摄其私密部位。（南方都市报）
