响水双园路农*行，在上午10点出发，10点20左右到达农商行，却被告之已经下班了。
10点半不到就下班了？就算要盘点也不需要那么久吧，要知道普通老百姓在工作日去银行办理业务，都是挤出来的时间，特意跑一趟扑了个空，而且还是在规定的工作时间段内。
