11月24日，全国劳动模范张高津、全国五一劳动奖章获得者刘凤媛、津门工匠白津生、退休工会干部盛茂林联合天津市老艺术家来到天津柔道队，为教练及运动员送上鲜花、书画作品及全运会百米剪报集锦，为他们在全运会上的表现喝彩。
据了解，在刚刚结束的全运会上，天津柔道队以3金2铜的战绩，创造队史最佳成绩。
