11月24日，武汉市民反映在某连锁火锅店就餐时，服务员向有明火的炉子里加液体燃料引发爆燃。
当事人黄先生称，事发于11月21日，他的手部被火焰灼伤致二度烫伤。
涉事店铺负责人告诉记者，事发当日由于常用植物油燃料用尽，店里临时采购新品牌的植物油燃料应急，事发时服务员确实直接将燃料倒入明火中。
上述负责人表示，目前正与黄先生就赔偿金额问题进行协商。
