埃尼11月25日公告称，通过其尼日利亚子公司NAE，宣布行使优先购买权，从道达尔能源手中收购118号海上石油开采许可证（OML 118）生产分成合同中额外的2.5%权益。本次交易已获得所有必要监管批准，交易完成后NAE在OML 118中的持股比例将从12.5%提升至15%。
