雷曼光电11月25日公告，公司董事会近日收到财务总监张琰提交的辞职报告，张琰因达到退休年龄，申请辞去财务总监职务，辞职后将不在公司及其控股子公司担任高管职务，辞任报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事会同意聘任姚丽为公司财务总监，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满为止。
