近日，首农集团2017年1月拿的朝阳奶西323、324地块公布案名，为北京御林湾。该项目分为两个地块，建筑体量21万㎡，包含商品住宅、中直机关家属楼和人才公寓。
其中，西区323地块定位高端改善，产品为210-220㎡四居洋房；南区324地块兼顾刚需和改善，产品为约90-155㎡两至四居，共1500多套准现房，预计单价6万+，将于12月底开盘。
