硚口工农路9号商业地块大面积调整为住宅
11月22日，硚口区自然资源和城乡建设局根据申请，拟对主城区A060403管理单元（工农路地块）控制性详细规划导则进行修改。将项目用地内3.14公顷商业用地(兼容居住用地面积0.95公顷)调整为0.78公顷商业商务混合用地和2.36公顷二类居住用地，其他保持不变。
