11月24日，鼎龙股份（300054）发布公告，董事、副总经理兼董事会秘书杨平彩计划在2025年12月17日至2026年3月16日期间，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过20万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.02%；
董事兼财务总监姚红计划在同一时间段内，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过14万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.01%。
2025年前三季度，鼎龙股份实现收入26.98亿元，归母净利润5.19亿元。
