11月24日，ST美晨（300237）发布公告，公司名称由“山东美晨科技股份有限公”变更为“山东美晨科技集团股份有限公司”，英文名称也相应变更。证券简称和证券代码保持不变，仍为“ST美晨”和“300237”。
此次变更的原因是为了更好地适配公司长期发展战略规划，推动产业链资源整合与业务拓展，增加“集团”字样以清晰传递公司集团化发展方向。
2025年前三季度，ST美晨实现收入13.45亿元，归母净利润-1.86亿元。
