【财华社讯】瑞森生活服务(01922.HK)公布，预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占溢利介乎5000万元至6000万元(人民币,下同)，而2024年同期录得公司拥有人应占亏损约1540万元。转亏为盈主要归因于于截至2024年6月30日止六个月，金融资产减值亏损约6000万元，停车位按金减值亏损约2400万元，⽽本期间并无此类减值亏损。
