1. When antegrade approach fails and the patient lacks:
Well-developed septal collaterals (CC-1/2)
Suitable epicardial collaterals (high-risk for perforation)
-Septal branches are preferred
-Well-developed epicardial collaterals also be feasible
-SUOH 03 is recommended in extremely tortuous collaterals
2. Technical core:
Guide wire: hydrophilic polymer coating guidewire (e.g. SION BlACK, SION). lf collateral is severely tortuous, Suoh-03 is suitable
