OverDrive已向俄亥俄州法院提起诉讼，指控OpenAI推出的AI文本生成视频应用Sora涉嫌商标侵权、不正当竞争及欺诈性商业行为。起诉状称，OpenAI故意为这款近期推出的应用赋予与OverDrive旗下Sora相同的名称，且 “使用了易产生混淆的相似图标、配色方案及视觉标识”。
