11月20日，中金辐照（300962）发布公告，公司董事盛小莉因个人原因申请辞去公司第四届董事会董事及董事会战略委员会委员职务。盛小莉的原任职期限至2026年9月15日，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。根据相关规定，盛小莉的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
2025年前三季度，中金辐照实现收入2.78亿元，归母净利润8981万元。
