君亭酒店11月20日公告，公司与杭州子澜酒店管理合伙企业（有限合伙）、王建平、陈慧慧于2025年11月20日签订了《关于浙江君澜酒店管理有限公司21%股权之股权收购协议》，各方同意以评估报告的评估值为基础，经交易各方协商确定，君澜管理21%股权的收购价格为7,980.00万元。
