格隆汇11月20日丨乐享集团(06988.HK)宣布，德勤已辞任公司核数师，自2025年11月20日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，经计及审核委员会之建议，董事会已决议委任国卫为公司新核数师以填补因德勤辞任后而产生的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束。
