11月18日，呼和浩特市民在赛罕区政务服务中心公安综合窗口采集指纹。2025年起，首批有效期为20年的第二代居民身份证陆续期满，市民换证需求集中。据了解，市民可携带户口本、驾驶证、到期身份证、社保卡等任一有效证件，前往户籍地就近派出所、政务服务大厅，或通过自助服务机办理。 本报记者 王磊 摄
