Alkermes公司于周三表示，已提高对阿瓦德尔制药公司（Avadel Pharmaceuticals）的收购报价。此次报价高于丹麦伦德贝克公司（Lundbeck）此前提出的竞争性要约，对这家睡眠障碍药物研发企业的估值最高可达 23.7 亿美元。
