11月19日，朗科智能（300543）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人的一致行动人刘孝朋计划在2025年12月11日至2026年3月10日期间，以集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过364万股，占公司总股本的1.19%。
郑勇计划在同一期间，以集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过150万股，占公司总股本的0.49%。
2025年前三季度，朗科智能实现收入11.92亿元，归母净利润3006万元。
