Any further curbs on key materials could pose real risks to Japan's industries, warned Qu, adding that prolonged tensions, due to Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's wrong remarks, would eventually reach Japanese households, pushing up living costs and weakening consumer spending.On Tuesday, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson reiterated China's position of safeguarding its core interests and defending international justice, adding that Japan must immediately withdraw its wrong remarks.
