深圳市福田区金地海景花园一套曾发生故意杀人案的住宅，近日以699.89万元司法拍卖成交。该130平方米房产吸引30人报名竞拍，经过65次延时竞价后最终落槌。
此次拍卖系重新启动的程序。该房产2009年发生命案后几经转手，2024年首次拍卖因未披露“凶宅”信息被法院撤销。本次福田区法院在公告中明确提示房屋历史情况，最终成交单价约5.34万元/平方米，低于小区二手房参考均价。
