近日，教育部办公厅发布首批全国县域普通高中头雁教师岗位计划入选教师名单，共计600人。其中，四川30位教师上榜，凉山1人入选。根据《通知》，将支持头雁教师建立工作室，搭建交流成长平台。头雁教师岗位计划实行聘期制管理，每批聘期3年。
