人民财讯11月19日电，11月19日，佛山市住建局等八部门印发《关于进一步促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的若干措施的通知》。其中，在加大住房公积金贷款购房支持力度方面提出，符合公积金贷款条件的外籍人员在佛山市购房可申请住房公积金贷款。新政同时提出，便利境外个人购房，在境内工作、学习的境外个人凭据自用、自住的书面承诺即可在佛山市购买商品房。
