消息面上，平安集团首席技术官王晓航在第十九届深圳国际金融博览会上透露，平安集团正在打造统一的AI入口“AI超级客服”，目前正在内测阶段。据介绍，“AI超级客服”拟连接平安全量的金融、医疗、养老与生活服务，打通线上与线下服务资源。除“AI超级客服”之外，还有“AI家庭医生”、“AI养老管家”，这是平安集团AI服务的三大新实践。(格隆汇)
