近日，常州市交通运输局公示拟注销400辆网约车的运输证，这些车辆此前已将使用性质从预约出租客运改为非营运。公示期至11月20日，名单后续可能将同步至各平台，涉事车辆将被全行业清退，杜绝合规资质造假带来的安全与理赔风险。
