11月17日，棕榈股份（002431）发布公告，董事会秘书冯玉兰因工作岗位调整申请辞去董事会秘书职务，但仍继续担任公司副总经理。
同时，公司于2025年11月17日召开董事会，决定聘任杨东平为新任董事会秘书，任期至第六届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，棕榈股份实现收入19.45亿元，归母净利润-5.15亿元。
