嘉里建设(00683)发布公告，于2025年11月17日，本公司的全资附属公司嘉里发展(作为租户)已接纳Ubagan(作为业主)所作出的要约，就位于嘉里中心的该等物业(嘉里中心3楼2室、5楼、22楼、25楼及26楼)续订现有租约。租期为两年，由2025年11月19日起至2027年11月18日届满(包括首尾两日)。租金约为每月232.2万港元。
本集团一直将该等物业用作其为于香港的公司办事处，并决定以相同用途续租该等物业。
