11月16日晚，十五运会田径比赛4×400米混合接力举行颁奖仪式。在前一晚的比赛中，由梁宝棠、孔莹蓥、何宇、莫家蝶组成的广东队以0.12秒的优势力压四川队获得冠军。这是广东田径队在十五运会上取得的首枚金牌。
