据 DL News 报道，CZ 的律师 Teresa Goody Guillen 在 Pomp Podcast 中否认“付费换取赦免”传闻，称特朗普于 10 月对赵长鹏的总统赦免并不存在交易。她同时否认媒体关于 Binance 与 World Liberty Financial、USD1 等关联被用于“付费游说”的报道，称系“多项错误信息的拼接”。此前赵长鹏于 2023 年就《银行保密法》违规认罪，2024 年服刑 4 个月并缴纳 5,000 万美元罚金；Binance 同案缴纳 43 亿美元罚金。
