11月14日，华润置地宣布成功发行3亿美元、3年期高级无抵押绿色债券，息票率4.125%，募集资金将用于符合绿色融资框架的项目。
本次债券为RegS规则下美元计价，国际评级机构穆迪、标普、惠誉分别给予Baa1、BBB、BBB的稳定评级。
