格隆汇11月14日丨阿尔法企业(00948.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，配售的所有条件均已获达成，而完成已于2025年11月14日落实。配售代理已按配售价每股配售股份0.24港元成功向不少于六名承配人配售合共2800万股配售股份。该2800万股配售股份占公司现有已发行股本8.02%。于配售完成后，概无承配人成为主要股东。
