申万宏源季季优选3个月滚动持有债券（970197）发布公告，因本集合计划存续期届满，决定于2025年11月14日终止《资产管理合同》，并于2025年11月15日进入清算程序。
清算程序将由集合计划财产清算小组负责，清算期限为6个月，若由于流动性限制无法及时变现，则清算期限相应顺延。清算费用将优先从集合计划财产中支付，剩余资产将在扣除清算费用及税款后，按照持有份额比例进行分配。
