国际能源署（IEA）当地时间11月13日发布月报，连续第六个月上调对明年全球石油过剩量的预期。报告称，2026年全球石油日供应量将比需求多出约400万桶，较上月预测略有增加。IEA指出，全球石油“供需平衡日益失衡”，该机构自6月以来每月都上调过剩量预期。
