11月13日，腾讯控股在财报中披露，于2025年9月30日，集团有115,076名雇员（2024年9月30日：108,823名）。集团聘用的雇员数目视乎需要而不时有所变更，而雇员酬金亦根据业内惯例厘定。集团截至2025年9月30日止三个月的总酬金成本为人民币324亿元（截至2024年9月30日止三个月：人民币296亿元）。据腾讯此前披露，于2025年6月30日，集团有111,221名雇员。
