11月13日，@CCTV法治在线：山西大同某医院院长艾某忠等人，通过虚增药品进价、药品重复入库、虚增临床用药、虚报床位等方式和手段，骗取国家医保基金。医院虚报金额970余万元。
法院以诈骗罪判处被告人艾某忠有期徒刑13年6个月，其余被告人分别被判处11年至4年不等有期徒刑。
