财联社11月13日电，今起三天（11月13日至15日）中东部大部地区气温将较常年同期偏高，而之后随着强冷空气的到来，冷暖明显转换，部分地区降温将超10℃。本周末至下周初，气温将大范围创今年下半年来新低。另外，随着台风“凤凰”远离，今天起东南沿海风雨逐渐减弱，我国大部雨雪稀少的格局将持续。
