11月12日，华大基因（300676）发布公告，董事、副总经理李宁因工作安排原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务，辞任后继续担任公司董事，并在公司的控股子公司担任职务。
李宁在任职期间直接持有公司股份12万股，并通过公司第二期员工持股计划持有104万份持股计划份额。
2025年前三季度，华大基因实现收入26.74亿元，归母净利润-2139万元。
