人民财讯11月12日电，11月12日，在上交所国际投资者大会并购论坛上，上交所副总经理王泊表示，去年以来，A股上市公司并购重组进入了一个新的活跃周期。据透露，“并购六条”发布以来，沪市公司披露各类并购交易超过1000单，其中重大资产重组115单，同比增长138%。
