证券日报网讯 11月11日晚间，继峰股份发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司及其全资、控股子公司对外担保总额为人民币136.51亿元（按照中国外汇交易中心公布的2025年11月10日汇率折算），占公司2024年度经审计净资产的比例为293.70%，均为对全资、控股子公司提供的担保，无逾期担保、关联方担保。
