11月11日，洪通燃气（605169）发布公告，公司第二大股东田辉因个人资金需求，计划在2025年12月3日至2026年3月3日期间，通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过849万股公司股份，占公司总股本的3%。
2025年前三季度，洪通燃气实现收入22.88亿元，归母净利润9241万元。
